1. Right to Cancel

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 30 days after the date you receive the goods or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of them.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by a clear statement via email:

We will reimburse you within 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order, and no additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The goods are unused, in their original packaging, and include all components, manuals, and accessories.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Goods made to your custom specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned (e.g., components that degrade or expire quickly).

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

  • Electrical or electronic equipment that has been installed, connected, or powered on, unless proven defective.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

3. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Therefore, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service.
Refunds cannot be issued without the actual receipt of goods or proof of delivery.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon arrival, please contact us at info@ekboost.com within 7 days of delivery.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Products found to be defective due to misuse, modification, or improper installation are not covered.

5. Warranty

All EKBOOST products are covered by a manufacturer or seller warranty against manufacturing defects for 12–24 months, depending on the product type.

The warranty covers hardware faults and production defects only.
It does not cover:

  • Improper installation or wiring

  • Physical damage or misuse

  • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

6. Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return value.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.

7. After Dispatch Policy

Once the goods have been shipped, returns or cancellations are not accepted, except in cases of defects covered by warranty.
This ensures that each product remains secure, unused, and suitable for its intended technical purpose.

8. Legal Disclaimer

This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
