1. Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR (unless stated otherwise).
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud (full refund if payment was taken).

2. Payment

Payments are securely processed via verified payment providers.
EKBOOST does not store complete payment card details.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 14 to 30 days depending on the product and destination.
Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
Delivery delays due to customs, couriers, or force majeure are beyond our control.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

Inspect packages and products immediately upon receipt.
If you find visible damage, please note it with the courier and report it to info@ekboost.com within 48 hours, attaching photos.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 business days from delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
If the product is defective or non-functional, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
No returns are accepted after dispatch unless the product is defective under warranty.
Exceptions: customized or specially configured systems, or items that were installed or show misuse.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by a 12–24 month warranty for manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, environmental exposure, or modification.
To request a warranty claim, contact info@ekboost.com with proof of purchase, photos, and product serial number.

7. Liability

EKBOOST and Cobalt Finch Ltd are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or downtime.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Ownership passes to the buyer once full payment is received.
